Chapter 1:

The time of day was reaching noon, Suo ran down the street to his freind Torrens house. upon arriving  he found Torren getting ready to head out. today was the day they would get everything set up for the upcoming genin exams.

other villages would call them entry level exams however the village of the forgotten was so small that they litterally did what ever they wanted. the village of the forgtten is simply what the name states. a village of forgotten ninja on a desolate island not easy to access unless you are a native local. the village itself only has about five or six houses that make up the whole village and only about a handfull of ninja, not nearly enough to wage war with anyone.

the island is shaped almost like a gaint peanut but around the beaches are lots of coral and sharp jagged rocks that could sink a boat faster that you could say "Help!" for under thw surface of the water there are many dangerous things such as strong currents and depp valleys with enough pull to make you nearly drown instantly, not to mention that the waters are infested with sharks and other dangerous sea creatures. on the inside of the main island there is a desne forest that surrounds the village that is right on the edge of the island.on the smaller half of the island there is a volcano along with several moutains. in the middle there s a dessert that is sandy and impossible to navigate through unless you know it like the back of your hand. the bigger part of the island is filled with swamps and many other types of biomes the whole island itself though is shrouded in a mist like fog that surrounds the island that makes it invisble unless you were to look at it from an areial veiw.

Suo and Torren wasted no time in makeing their way to the dessert with their supplies where the dugg out a small hide out from them in to one of the dunes. it was there that they hid al of their scrolls food and water that they would need for the next day. after setting it all up they headed back to the village. once they got back they said their goodbyes and went to their seperate homes.

The next day Suo got up and got dressed he headed out of the house and went to the house where the ninja academy was stationed. as he walked in everyone was waiting and the instructer began to inform everyone on what it was they were supposed to do. "now all of you will be positioned at different areas of the vilage where when the signal is given you will head out into the island and you will run for about ten miles before you will be able to deviate from the path that was given to you." Suo listened knowing that even though they were not supposed to team up him and Torren would meet up at their designated hide out. "now the last three Students stanmding will be paired into a three person cell. and so-on and so-on." he said as he finished explaining what to do. where afterwards he started explaing the rules. "you cannot kill other Students, to knock them out of the exam you must do simply that knock them out. as for teams you have been informed that this is a single person exam and that everyone is on their own. you will be given three tags: a health tag, a chakra tag, and a poisin tag. once they are used you will have to continue on without them." after the instructer finished with the rules and asked them all to go outside and go to their designated area wishing them all good luck.

Suo went to the area he was supposed to be in waiting for the signal to be given so that way he could meet up with Torren halfway where they could cotinue to go to their hideout when they would try to wait out all the other teams. Suo and Torren both new that everyone else had formed teams as well. In total there where only about 12 people participating in the exam. the signal was given and Suo took off at top speed into the forest....
